#TeamShaneCo celebrated another BIG anniversary! Jenna is our Operations Manager in Woodbury, MN and she hit her 20th anniversary milestone this month! In 2004, Jenna originally joined the Shane Co. team at the Minnetonka store. She has held many roles in the stores such as Jewelry Consultant, Trainer, Assistant Sales Manager, and now in the Operations Manager role. Jenna brings so much joy, positivity, and dedication to her team, and Shane Co. as a whole! We are so very happy to celebrate her #20thAnniversary!

It is time for another big #TeamShaneCo milestone celebration! Lori has been with Shane Co. for 20 years! She first joined us in Tennessee and became part of the management team to open the soon-to-be Franklin, TN store. For 16 years, she lived in Nashville leading that team in various leadership roles. In 2020, Lori relocated to Florida and we were lucky enough to have her transfer to our digital sales team. For the last 4 years, Lori has been and continues to be a rock star Digital Jewelry Consultant, not only leading in sales but a true source of support and leadership in many areas of the company. Lori is flamazing! 🦩 Congratulations Lori! We are so blessed to have you on #TeamShaneCo! 💗

In 2004, Matt joined #TeamShaneCo and has held various roles with us over the years. While he has always been based in Kentucky, Matt has helped in so many stores across the country! Matt's willingness to jump in and assist, support and train has touched many Shane Co. stores. Recently, 22 of our #TeamShaneCo members — one from each of our stores across the country — flew to the Shane Co. Home Office for GEM Trip 2024! GEM stands for "Going the Extra Mile," and these winners certainly do that! They are our cultural ambassadors and lead our store teams in so many ways, including team building, culture activities, and recognition and appreciation, all while keeping our core values top of mind. ✨💎✨ The GEMs had a great week! As May comes to an end, it's important to note that this month is Mental Health Awareness Month. Did you know Shane Co. has a cool resource that is pretty unique for a company of our size? While we've always had a history of focusing on the availability of mental health resources for our team, we also have our very own Manager of Wellbeing and Work Life. That role works with our company leaders and with our employees directly to create and support programs that help us. If you decide to join #TeamShaneCo, we want you to know that mental health is an issue we focus on! That is just one of the ways we demonstrate that we value our teammates as people, not just employees. Additionally, we are closed on more days than most retailers. We were closed on Memorial Day, in addition to seven other paid holidays per year.
