At Shaw, we are committed to investing in our associates and their careers. That's why we have a full suite of advancement opportunities for associates to take advantage of. Each August, Shaw's Office of Learning & Development hosts a week-long initiative that encourages employees to participate in classes where they can gain relevant knowledge and skills. This year's Learning Week featured over 30 courses for employees and a learning expo where participants could network and engage with vendors to learn more about what is available at Shaw and in the community.
