We had a little fun with our summer interns on their last day. Instead of “First Day of School” photos we took “Last Day of Internship” pictures! Thank you all for a wonderful summer! We hope you all have a great school year.

Our Sales and Service teams had the opportunity to participate in a Spring Technology Training put on by our Integrated Solutions team and representatives from John Deere. Topics included the new See & Spray technology, along with other updates and changes to current technology ahead of the Spring planting season. #johndeere #technology

Sinclair Tractor is excited to announce that $600,000 was raised to help ease food insecurity during our 25th Anniversary celebration. This donation will help families across a 25-county area in Southeast Iowa, Western Illinois & Northeast Missouri. Thanks to our employees, customers, and suppliers our local food pantries will be able to feed 60,000 families for a week. We could not have accomplished this without all of you. Congratulations to Adryan Kracht for completing the Sinclair Tractor Ag Tech Apprenticeship Program! Adryan graduated from the John Deere Tech Program at Northeast Iowa Community College in May 2023 and has been doing additional On-The-Job Training to earn his Journeyman’s Certificate. The CALS Career Fair gave us the chance to meet and talk with young leaders in agriculture as they learned more about internship opportunities at Sinclair Tractor.

Bob Sinclair, Sinclair Tractor, was invited to speak to the Williamsburg FFA chapter. We enjoyed connecting with future leaders in Agriculture.

INTERN Spotlight: If you saw a new face in the cab of your equipment this summer, it might have been Justin Graff. Justin was our Agronomy & Technology Intern, and he spent a lot of time in the field helping install product improvement updates and learning all about the new technology offered by John Deere. Justin is the son of Jeff & Darian Graff and brother to Lainey, Jessica & Clint. He is a junior at Iowa State University majoring in Ag Systems Technology and in his spare time you’ll find him helping around the farm or drag racing at Eddyville. Thanks for spending your school breaks & summer with us Justin! We appreciate all you did and all the laughs.

It was great to see the available talent at the ISU Business, Industry and Technology Career Fair. We enjoyed connecting with students and talking about internship opportunities that Sinclair Tractor has to offer.
