Six/Ten, LLC, a real estate development and leasing company in Winter Haven, Florida, is bringing renewed life to one of the state’s most beautiful cities with office, retail and residential offerings in the historic downtown district. The company has acquired more than two dozen properties and is recapturing their original, beautiful architecture while modernizing them. This effort includes the historic Beymer Building, which has been renovated into Class A office space, and the Inland Fiber & Data Technology Park, a five-block complex that offers server security and high-speed Internet access through direct connections to more than five providers, including Level 3 and Verizon. Other unique properties include the site of the original Publix market, an arcade building from 1928 that now houses an artisanal cheese shop, and a multifamily community designed by award-winning, modernist architect Max Strang. The company supports local groups such as Main Street Winter Haven and the Winter Haven Economic Development Council. And the firm worked with Heartland Community Church to renovate a 34,000-square-foot space to accommodate the more than 1,000 people who attend services each week.
