We are excited to share the impact our Braselton Distribution Center team has made at the Boys and Girls Club of Gainesville! Braselton Team Members donated over 785 school supplies to the Club, ensuring the children had what they needed for a great school year. But they didn’t stop there! Team members also volunteered in activities ranging from bookmark coloring to math homework help. Carter’s has been named one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies by TIME Magazine and joined a prestigious list of companies recognized as one of America's Climate Leaders by USA Today and Statista. These top industry recognitions underscore Carter’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions and waste and to increase sustainable product innovation. Carter’s is excited to welcome our 2024 June Executive Development Program (EDP) class! During their immersive kick-off week, the EDPs built upon their leadership, communication, and collaboration skills through company workshops and a volunteer event with HOPE Atlanta. We cannot wait to see the meaningful impact they will make at Carter’s! The Executive Development Program is a formal 6-month development program layered on top of a full-time entry level position. The program provides recent college graduates with specialized development to guide their transition from campus to our corporate office, retail stores, or distribution centers.
