Together with The Harris Poll, we surveyed over 2,000 parents to put some hard numbers behind the parental mental load. If you’re a parent, you don’t need us to tell you that you carry a lot — but with our study, we hope to start a conversation about invisible labor and help families find solutions to manage it, just in time for back-to-school.
