Thank you to the Utah Film Center for letting us stop by with Mayor Mendenhall! The Utah Film Center is a nonprofit organization that harnesses the power of the moving image through film exhibition, media arts education, and artist support to connect with communities across Utah. 🎞️ If you’re an artist seeking resources, be sure to check out their Artist Foundry program, which offers co-working spaces, editing bays, networking and job opportunities, workshops, and more. 🎥 The Utah Film Center was a recipient of an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant provided by the Department of Economic Development.

Check out our visit to Dynapac Rotating Company with Mayor Mendenhall! Founded in 1958, Dynapac has been a leading provider of motorized motion solutions for the sign, display, tradeshow, and architectural industries. Dynapac, along with their president, John Margetts, also help organize neighborhood trash cleanups in collaboration with residents of the Gail Miller Resource Center (GMRC), offering gift cards to those who participate. Additionally, Dynapac served as a collection point for hygiene kit donations for the City’s Homeless Engagement and Response Team (HEART). A big thank you to local businesses like Dynapac Rotating Company for stepping up and supporting our community!
