During the most recent unannounced Brake Safety Day, nearly 5,000 commercial vehicles were subjected to surprise inspections. The number of vehicles in violation was too high: over 10% were taken out of service. In the interest of safety, have your brakes inspected at your nearest Snider location.

Law enforcement is on the alert this week, looking for commercial trucks exhibiting unsafe driving behavior—speeding; distracted driving; following too closely, etc. They’ll be pulling offenders over. We join the CVSA in urging drivers to drive safely—for your sake, and others’.

Don’t forget: CVSA's International Roadcheck is happening May 14-16. Inspectors will be out in force at weigh stations, temporary roadside sites, and in mobile patrols to make sure commercial vehicles and drivers are in compliance. Be prepared.
