The Navy's Culture of Excellence (COE) 2.0 outlines the fundamental aspects that define Great People across three critical dimensions: Mind, Body, and Spirit. FORGE™ is a one-stop shop to capture, measure, and track performance data, survey data, feedback, observable behaviors, objective data, subjective data, and psych/chaplain input, all consolidated in one place for self-improvement and mentorship. SOFware’s FORGE™ Software can support these initiatives in the following ways: Mind: 🧠 Psychological Resilience: FORGE™ helps users see performance trends over time, which can help commands recognize warning signs to maintain mental health but also support mentorship to build mental toughness. 🤝 Healthy Relationships: Using peer surveys, leaders can leverage FORGE™ to encourage the development of relationships that contribute to a supportive organizational environment and strong unit cohesion.
