Shout out to members of our Southall leadership team, who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! 🍅🌿 Every Monday morning, our leadership team has the opportunity to work on our farm, assisting the harvest team. This month we enjoyed picking our monthly harvest highlight, tomatoes! These very tomatoes, grown in our onsite gardens, will be incorporated into seasonal dishes and enjoyed by guests. We are so grateful for our team members who embody what it means to 'make nurture matter.' Our farm is the heart of our mission, and opportunities like this ensure team members of all departments can try new things and share in a common goal. What better way to connect to our roots than to experience field work at Southall?!

Who's got spirit?! We've got spirit! GOOOOOO TEAM SOUTHALL! 📣 Our team at Southall came together for an All-Hands 'Pep Rally' this month, to share in team gratitude, learn more about each others' roles, meet new faces and cheer for recent promotions. We celebrated our newly crafted core values, leadership offerings and shared the details behind the launch of 'Something Fresh' our monthly theme and new experience in the Jammery. This month, we're focused on harvesting tomatoes and using them in fresh dishes at both Sojourner and January, as well as part of the tomato tasting plate as part of our 'Something Fresh' experience! 🍅 🌱 We always look forward to connecting as one team, and we'd like to applaud all of our team members who participated in the August 'Pep Rally.' 🤝
