Since joining SPATHE, Skillbridge member, Manny Alvarez has already made a significant impact on our team by helping us gain a deeper understanding of the Space Force's top objectives and priorities. During his time with us, Manny plans on utilizing his knowledge in USSF capabilities, systems, and acquisition processes to help SPATHE support the SOF community with the integration of the USSF capabilities to provide USSOCOM with the Space Common Operation Picture necessary to integrate and create synergy across all domains. So far, his insights have been invaluable, highlighting the mutual benefits of our Skillbridge program. This truly exemplifies the "win-win" approach we strive for in our fellowship program. While we provide transitioning military members like Manny with the tools and experience to successfully transition into civilian careers, they, in turn, bring fresh perspectives and critical knowledge that enrich our team's capabilities.
