I am delighted to share a glimpse of a project at Sprintfolio that has been engaging me for the past few weeks. The Concept: metaintro, a professional resume wallet, attracts job seekers from over 170 countries in Web3, AI, and cryptocurrency. It helps users validate and showcase their skills. To better serve its diverse audience, Metaintro aims to design an interactive testimonial page, enhancing the user experience and engagement. The Approach: After doing secondary research, 3 rounds of interviews and surveys, ideated and brainstormed on design features and I designed a high-fidelity prototype for testimonial page design. The Research Findings: Users want easy access to relevant testimonials and better navigation. A diverse range of testimonials presented with a storytelling approach enhances trust and emotional connection. They seek networking with industry professionals, valuing authentic and credible testimonials from real people. The Solution: Organized testimonials by relevance, added filters, and improved navigation with pagination and CTAs. Included testimonials from various demographics and social media platforms to build trust. The design includes a mix of testimonials and feedback loops to highlight impactful user experiences. The Learning: Working under the guidance of my mentor, Kai Tran,Sprintfolio has significantly expanded my understanding of impactful design and the improvement of user experience. My mentor's valuable insights have influenced and improved my skills, turning this project into a journey of growth in UX research and design. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Lacey Kaelani, metaintro for allowing me to design their testimonial page.
