This analysis, based on 554 public companies employing 26.7 million workers, underscores the positive correlation between workplace flexibility and financial performance. Companies classified as “fully flexible”, allowing full remote working or choosing when to come into the office, led this exceptional growth. Their agility in hiring, expansion of geographical reach, and strong employee retention have been credited with this phenomenon. In contrast, the growth rate was 5% for companies with hybrid or personal workforce. Conducted by Scoop Technologies Inc. and Boston Consulting Group, this insightful analysis underscores the economic importance of remote work.
