Stonebridge is excited to announce an acquisition of 5 hotels to our portfolio. With this transaction, we reenter the greater Phoenix market with the Embassy Suites in Flagstaff, Arizona, and enter the North Carolina and Georgia markets with the Marriott Research Triangle Park in Durham, North Carolina, and the W Downtown in Atlanta. The balance of the portfolio comprises properties in existing markets, the Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek, California, and the Bridgewater Marriott in New Jersey.

We are honored to welcome The Artisan at Tuscan Village, Salem, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel to our expanding management portfolio. The Artisan is a new construction hotel located in Salem, NH, just 40 minutes north of Boston. It features 165 luxury guestrooms, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, ‘Tuscan Kitchen’ upscale Italian restaurant, ‘Cafe at the Artisan’, a rooftop bar and deck, and a stunning outdoor pool. The hotel has over 7,000 sqft of meeting/banquet space with an additional 5,000 sqft of outdoor space, perfect for a wedding. The hotel is situated within the mixed-use development, Tuscan Village.
