We are thrilled to welcome Jake Wehr to Stonemont as our newest Senior Development Analyst. Jake graduated from The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2021 and spent the last three years working as an analyst in Atlanta. We look forward to having him on the team!

Stonemont welcomes Stark Airways as it expands to the Atlanta market with an 8,000-square-foot hangar at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport, offering fully managed solutions for private aircraft. The hangar features a 2,400-square-foot office space on site, with meeting spaces and comfortable amenities including a kitchenette. The private facility offers gated parking, onsite fuel and highlights many turn-key benefits that allow for a unique, personalized experience for each individual client.

Stonemont is making impressive strides on 429 Business Center East, a 259,253-square-foot project in Ocoee, Florida. This seven-building park is located in one of the fastest-growing submarkets in Central Florida and sits just six minutes from Florida's Turnpike. With an estimated completion in the first quarter of 2025, the east campus features three buildings ranging from 14,282 square feet to 32,418 square feet.

Stonemont was honored to support Folds of Honor at the Northern Ohio Folds of Honor golf event last week. This event was attended by William I. (Zack) Markwell III and Matthew Bjorson from Stonemont, David Stecker from JLL and Jon Lenton from Wentz Financial Group. Folds of Honor is a fantastic organization that provides life-changing scholarships to spouses and children of America's fallen or disabled military, as well as first responders.

Last week, we held a successful groundbreaking event to celebrate Stonemont Park 75 South, our 903,701-square-foot, Class A industrial park in Locust Grove, Georgia. During the ceremony, Stonemont SVP and Principal Neal Moskowitz spoke about the significance of the project and its positive economic impact to the community. Additional speakers included the Executive Director of Henry County Development Authority, F. J. Fenn, and Mayor Pro Tempore of Locust Grove, Vincent Williams, MSHRM, MSL. We want to thank the staff at Henry County and the City of Locust Grove for their extensive support during this project. A special thanks goes out to the team at Alston Construction for continuing to maintain the site during unforeseen weather conditions. Additionally, we are grateful for Joseph Rogers, Bilijack Bell, & Will Geraghty at Wilson, Hull & Neal Real Estate for helping us host a wonderful broker event following the ceremony at Porsche Experience. Our summer intern program wrapped up last week with a celebratory round of golf. We absolutely loved having these interns join our team this summer. Jared Dimsdale, Walker Boswell, William Benson and Zachary Cameron helped support many aspects of Stonemont's business, while learning valuable information along the way.
