💫 Last week was “Winning Culture Week” for Storck North America and it sure felt like winning in all the best ways!! 💫 In Chicago, our Storck Canada and USA colleagues joined together for the *first* time ever to learn with each other and be guided by Sebastian Quirmbach and his team Jochen Hahn & Daniel Agema during the first two days. We focused on understanding how Growth Mindset 🧠, Resilience 💪, Goal Setting 🥅, and Transforming Beliefs ✨ can positively impact our personal and professional goals ( 🐝 ). On the third day, the USA team hosted a mini-National Sales Meeting where we got excited about finishing 2024 strong and winning with our brands in 2025 🍬 🍫. And finally, on Thursday, the USA team hosted its Annual Summer Outing 🌞 with a Pickleball Tournament where Pickleballers and Non-Pickleballers alike had fun, played some competitive games, and in the end…were all winners😉. 🐶 ❤️ 😺 A group of Chicago Office Storckies spent part of their afternoon volunteering at the Anti-Cruelty location just down the street from our office. In a joint effort between our Fun Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Committee -- we learned about their amazing mission and work with animals and the Chicago community + got to play with some adorable cats, dogs, and other animals! 🐶 ❤️ 😺! Congrats to our President Kelly Cook (Corcoran) on her upcoming NCA Board of Directors role along with hosting a NCA Womens Leadership Group Panel.
