From warehouse to waterfront haven: We set sail on a historic renovation! ⚓️ We are thrilled to share our design for The Cotton Sail Hotel in Savannah, Georgia! Our team meticulously renovated the existing hotel which used to be a cotton warehouse, breathing new life into this iconic landmark. The transformation added 20 guestrooms as well as upgrading the existing spaces, maximizing the hotels capacity to welcome visitors to Savannah's beautiful riverfront. We drew inspiration from the buildings past, incorporating a maritime-industrial theme throughout the design. This project wasn't just about aesthetics - it was about preserving a piece of Savannah's heritage while creating a luxurious and modern guest experience.
