Summit Management is celebrating 30 𝔂𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓼 in business! ⭐ - In honor of this accomplishment, we will be posting a piece of our journey on the 30th day of each month. 📸 - Let’s move over to Forest Lake, MN, where we built Arbor & Timber Ridge Apartments. 🏠 - Mark Lambert saw the success of the developments in Duluth & knew Forest Lake could benefit from a great apartment community. He also knew that if anyone could provide this top-of-the-line service & quality, it would be Summit Management. 🌟 - In 2016, Arbor Ridge was built in the hopes of being a great option for those near the Forest Lake school district. 🏫 Soon after in 2019, Arbor’s sister property, Timber Ridge was built just 3 miles away. - Phase 1 of Timber Ridge was a success consisting of 1 building with similar amenities to Arbor Ridge including a 24/7 fitness center, community room, package concierge, pet spa, massage room & more! ✨ - Phase 2 of Timber Ridge was completed in 2023 and featured 2 buildings to accommodate the need for apartment living in the area. A key part of this location was due to the idea to create the ✨ Shops at BlueStone. ✨ - Before we got started with the BlueStone Project, we finalized the plan to create a variety of shops that our residents could walk to and enjoy. 🚶🏼♂️🚶🏼♀️ The shops slowly progressed, and we added on more over the years. Summit Management is celebrating 30 𝔂𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓼 in business! ⭐ - In honor of this accomplishment, we will be posting a piece of our journey on the 30th day of each month. 📸 - We are recognizing the BlueStone Project today! Mark had a vision for this project since 2010. 📈 The BlueStone project would consist of 3 phases that would take place over the course of 10 years. ✨ - Phase 1 was BlueStone Lofts, which opened in 2013. BlueStone Lofts was created to be a luxury apartment community in the best location. Within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, the Shops at BlueStone, and UMD & CSS campuses. It also featured key amenities, some of which Summit had never done before. These amenities include a parking garage, private bathrooms to cater to those who live with roommates, modern appliances and finishes, updated fitness rooms, and a music room. 🎶💪🏼🚗 - Phase 2 was BlueStone Flats, which opened three years later in 2016. This building is connected to the Lofts and shares some of the amenities. The pool, hot tub, sauna, group fitness center and massage room came with the addition of the Flats. The Flats added an outdoor terrace, guest suite, community room, car wash, pet spa, and more sophisticated finishes within the building. 🐶💦💆🏼♀️ - We introduced the final phase, Vue at BlueStone, in 2021. As you can tell, Summit continued to evolve with each property built. The Vue encompasses the same luxurious and sophisticated feel of the other two, but with a few fun additions. We added a game simulator, a bigger outdoor terrace, a 2-story parking garage, 5th floor community room, guest suite, entertainment suite, and smart apartments. Summit Management is celebrating 30 𝔂𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓼 in business! ⭐ - In honor of this accomplishment, we will be posting a piece of our journey on the 30th day of each month. 📸 - Today, we acknowledge Boulder Ridge and Summit Ridge in Duluth, MN. 📍 Following the successful opening of Campus Park, Mark knew more housing was in order! 🏠 Boulder and Summit Ridge are a short .5-mile drive from Campus Park and feature many amenities. - Along with the building of Boulder Ridge and Summit Ridge, Summit Management decided to also build a “Clubhouse,” including offices for our leasing staff and plenty of amenities for the residents to enjoy! The Clubhouse includes a pool, hot tub, fitness room, tanning beds, coffee bar, business center, game room, and study/work from home area. 🎱💻☀☕📚💦 This was huge for our company and Duluth in general, as amenities like these weren’t as prominent in the industry until we came along. - These properties went on to become homes for families, working professionals, college students, and more! Truly apartments made for EVERYONE. 💚 Boulder and Summit Ridge have improved over the years by adding more apartment buildings to cater to the housing market, a free shuttle service to campus for the college students living on-site, outdoor grilling & fire pit areas to add to the already long list of amenities, and more!
