Taking an agile approach and codesigning new programs together with employees builds trust says Synchrony’s DJ Casto: “It might feel uncomfortable to not have it fully baked… But you will garner a lot of trust with your workforce… They want to be a part of the solutioning, and oftentimes, they have the best answer.” 

We brought the energy of Paris to Synchrony’s Stamford headquarters when we invited eight athletes from Special Olympics Connecticut to compete in a cornhole tournament alongside more than 40 of our employees. Our EnAbled+ employee network leader, Christine Kica said, ”Synchrony has a strong partnership with the Special Olympics of Connecticut, and we are committed to making a positive impact by actively volunteering at their events and providing support to their athletes and programs.”   Through Synchrony and the Synchrony Foundation, we’ve donated more than $160,000 to Special Olympics of Connecticut and hundreds of employee volunteer hours. Congrats to the tournament winners!
