We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Prevalent - Third-Party Risk Management! TPRM is a hot topic with our customers, and we're getting a lot of asks around - - Are we doing the right things for TPRM and assessing our vendors appropriately? - We have too many vendors, and evaluating them all is impossible. How can we apply a risk-based approach and focus on what's important? - How can technology be used to make us more efficient? Over the next few weeks, we'll highlight our TPRM offerings and how we've been solving customers' challenges. Be on the lookout for updates. Thank you, Prevalent - Third-Party Risk Management, for being a supportive and collaborative partner!

During our initial Blackhat experience, we opted for an unconventional approach. Our goal was to enjoy ourselves, express gratitude to our clients, reconnect with industry colleagues, and forge new relationships. We secured a cabana by the pool where guests could relax and even take a refreshing dip. Dining experiences at Sushi Roku and Din Tai Fung delighted our taste buds. The highlight was our customer appreciation gathering, culminating in a mesmerizing performance by Dead & Co at the Sphere. While we regret not capturing more moments, we hope this collage and recap convey the essence of our vibrant week in Vegas. Stay tuned for future events! #Blackhat #Networking

Thanks, Joe Mendygral, for supporting the community with your 20+ years of cybersecurity experience!

Late last year, I was asked to volunteer as a Program Advisor for the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, specifically the "Customer Experience Certificate Program." I wasn't sure why they would want someone who has spent the last 20+ years of their career in information security, but I agreed to participate anyway. Since then, I've taken the course, and I have to say it's an outstanding program. While I feel that I have always been customer-focused throughout my career, this program has really gotten me thinking about how I can help #TBDCyber improve our customers' experience and drive customer satisfaction. Hopefully, I'm providing some value to the program as well. I would highly recommend that every organization sends someone to this on-demand training. Our list of agenda items for 2024 will likely persist in 2025: - addressing AI and ML integration - increasing cloud security - strengthening cyber resilience - managing supply chain security risks - enhancing incident notification and disclosures - addressing expanding OT and IoT security challenges - preparing for quantum-resistant cryptography See more details and recommended actions for security leaders: https://buff.ly/3VwW7EE What else will be on your agenda for 2025?
