What happened? ↳Tip: Show enthusiasm for change. ↳Answer: Share an instance where you quickly adjusted to a significant change. 8) Tell me about a goal you set and achieved. ↳Tip: Demonstrate your ability to get things done. ↳Answer: Pick an example where you succeeded in a replicable manner. 9) Describe a time you disagreed with a boss or colleague. ↳Tip: Maintain professionalism. ↳Answer: Share how you communicated your point and reached a positive outcome. 10) What are your weaknesses? ↳Tip: Avoid clichés and show self-awareness. ↳Answer: Mention 1-2 non-critical weaknesses and how you’re addressing them. 11) Any questions for me? ↳Tip: Always have questions ready, as you'll always get this question. ↳Answer: Ask questions that show your interest in contributing to the company's success. 12) Anything else you’d like to add? ↳Tip: Use this chance to reinforce your key points. ↳Answer: Recap the main reasons why you’re the best fit for the job.
