We were thrilled to host Astrid Schmidt-King J.D., LL.M.. M.A. from Loyola University of Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management at The Terminal Corporation today! It was a pleasure showcasing our passion for supply chain, and we truly enjoyed discussing the opportunity for collaboration between local companies and universities ahead. These collaborations not only foster innovation but also play a crucial role in nurturing talent and supporting our local community. By working together, we aim to grow not only our business but also contribute meaningfully to the educational landscape and economic development of our region. Thank you to the World Trade Center Institute for connecting us through their Bowe Fellowship class of 2020. The WTCI has done a phenomenal job connecting the Baltimore community with relationships that last!

Baltimore is back, baby! All thanks go to the Unified Command for navigating this challenge, and keeping the entire port community well informed throughout the process. We also owe our incredible customers a huge thank you for working in partnership with us throughout this difficult and tragic event. Lastly, big shoutout to Terminal Transportation Services for keeping cargo moving through Baltimore by extending their transportation services to various other East Coast ports! #marylandtough #baltimorestrong #logistics #maritimeshipping #portofbaltimore
What a week! Our full 700-ft wide, 50-ft deep channel was opened and we welcomed our largest container ship since the Key Bridge collapse. The Evergreen Ever Forever, with a capacity of nearly 13,000 20-foot long containers, visited our Seagirt Terminal. Great to see the big ships back in Baltimore. It was our pleasure to host the Comptroller of Maryland at our Broening Hwy warehouse facility. We were very proud to showcase the services we provide. The commitment the State of Maryland makes to the Port of Baltimore is evident, and a key contributor to the success of the entire local port community. #marylandtough #baltimorestrong #familybusiness #logistics

We work hard, but we also know how to have fun! It was our pleasure to be a hole sponsor at The Propeller Club of Baltimore's June Golf Outing. No prizes won, but a good time had by all. We love supporting organizations, like the Propeller Club of Baltimore, that focus on the promotion and enhancement of the local maritime industry. #logistics #3pl #familybusiness #warehouse #transportation

Better late than never! We are extremely proud to announce the Grand Opening of our new warehouse in Jacksonville, FL! This is a pivotal first step on our growth journey and we could not be more thankful to everyone who made this possible. Namely, ARAUCO - North America for our decades long partnership and trusting us to be your service provider in this new market. Also, a huge thank you to Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) and JAXUSA Partnership for making the Port of Jacksonville a no-brainer for us and our incredible customer base. #logistics #warehousing #transloading #drayage #familybusiness

ARAUCO - North America We couldn't be prouder to support you all in a new market (for us). We look forward to recreating our Baltimore model in Jacksonville to keep costs low and service levels high. We will not let you down, Kevin Chunn.
JAXPORT partners continue to grow the city's industrial warehousing footprint 🏢 The Terminal Corporation, a logistics, warehousing, and distribution provider, celebrated the grand opening of its new 255,000-square-foot Jacksonville warehouse, which is minutes from Blount Island and Dames Point. The company's anchor tenant, ARAUCO, a global manufacturer and distributor of forest products, will move premium plywood, millwork (moldings like baseboards and chair rails), lumber, and wood pulp. Other commodities, including steel, aluminum, and building products, will also move through. Terminal Corporation CEO Perry Menzies said when they were looking for a city to expand, Jacksonville earned high marks for its location in the U.S. Southeast and the capabilities of its port. "When we met with the team at JAXPORT and learned about all of the investments, we thought there was a ton of potential and investment going in that was in its infancy, so we were very bullish on that," said Menzies. "The location, in general, was very strategic for us because, from a trucking standpoint, the inland delivery truck rates and capacity out of Jacksonville are superior." The Terminal Corporation opened in 1893 and has grown to over two million square feet of warehouse space throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. With roots in sustainable forestry, ARAUCO operates multiple production facilities in North and South America and ships to more than 3,500 destinations throughout North America.

We could not be more honored to have received the first cargo ship to complete a port call in Baltimore since the collapse of the F. Scott Key Bridge. All thanks go to Maryland Port Administration, U.S. Coast Guard, US Army Corps of Engineers for doing nothing short of amazing work thus far on salvage operations as well as keeping the entire Baltimore maritime community updated on all things related to this tragic event. Additionally, a big thank you and congrats to Rukert Terminals Corporation for partnering with us and making quick work of the M/V Frisian Ocean. The pictures show her transiting the Fort McHenry Temporary channel, at berth at Rukert Terminals Corporation and, finally, the cargo making its final rest in our Highland Ave Warehouse, ready for shipment! #marylandtough #baltimorestrong #logistics #portofbaltimore
