This summer, we welcomed the second cohort of the AZEK Students on Deck program with 21 students working in four cities and ten different departments. Each of our interns had the opportunity for hands-on participation in projects that directly support our business goals. The result? A summer full of impactful work, development opportunities, and fun activities!    Last week for National Intern Day, the students visited the Chicago corporate headquarters. During their time in Chicago, the interns and co-ops engaged with the senior leadership team, participated in team activities around the city, gave thoughtful presentations about their project work, and were celebrated for their contributions.     Thank you to our interns and co-ops for your hard work this summer and we wish you the best as you enter the coming semester and continue your careers!    Do you want to work somewhere that values young talent?
