Today, TCG honors, congratulates, and thanks Courtney Feagley on her two year anniversary with the team! Courtney abounds with energy, loves her area of specialization and puts her heart and soul into her job on behalf of her team and TCG! The Carlisle Group has been retained to find a Chief Operations Officer. Our preferred client serves the transportation needs of 1000’s of mid-state residents daily and their almost 50 years of operational history has been excellent. They have an impressive fleet of diesel, gas and CNG operated vehicles. They serve 11 counties, employ over 580 people, and have 450+ vehicles in their fleet. We are searching for an operation professional with 7+ years of leadership experience. May is definitely Anniversary Month at TCG and today we celebrate a 12-year anniversary for none other than very own Pamela Pfeninger! Pam is an incredible researcher, database queen, and teacher/mentor/coach to our entire research team. Pam supports not only her Insurance team but the whole of team TCG in various ways! Pam...Thank you and happy work-a-versary!!!

We have a rising star celebrating his 3-year Anniversary today! Nathan Higley, is that individual that quietly, calmly, and passionately gets his job done extremely well. He puts his head down and just plows! With care and patience he pushes through challenges and delivers top notch results every time. Nathan - congratulations and thank you for all that you do for Team TCG!

With poise, patience, and understanding, Kaitlyn Vinson has grown into a strong leader.  She has evolved beyond personal achievements and mastered the art of empowering others. Today, we celebrate Kaitlyn’s 12-year anniversary with TCG! Starting as an intern, she has risen to the role of Managing Director, leading a formidable team.  Congratulations, Kaitlyn!  We are incredibly proud of all that you have achieved and eagerly anticipate your future successes.
