Last month, Seb Randle spoke on the Female Leaders' Club Stage at MAD//FEST, where he explored the importance of having male activists, not just male allies. A common thread across the two pillars of his work is the critical need for accessibility, so Seb founded The Helpful Space to introduce young adults to the power of coaching + to show them that it can actually be a fun and rewarding process to reflect on yourself.

Two super-humans gracing our screens this week for the latest episode of Marketing in the MAD//FEST 🙌
Podcast Host - Empowering B2B Marketing and Tech businesses to develop more sales leads through marketing content and AWESOME events 🤑
We need more Mums in Marketing if we want our businesses to make more MONEY! 💸 Because let’s be honest, us mums are seriously good at project managing and making sh*t happen! 💪 But are businesses truly supporting us? And what do we need to do to both attract and keep women at work after they’ve had children? IMO… Truly flexible working!!! With real flexibility, not just lip service. allowing for school runs and sick days without the guilt that I (and I’m sure many others) have been made to feel by purely picking their kids up from school! Even when logging back on to work late, the pressure and juggling are real and it’s SUPER stressful!!! Proper career progression and opportunities. With clear pathways to advance, with a flexible schedule. Just because you’re a Mum and work part-time, shouldn’t mean you don’t want to progress! A supportive culture!!! This is HUGE! Especially when there are still more men at the top. Understanding and empathy from the top down to create a workplace where Mums feel valued and understood will help us all MASSIVELY! More mentorship opportunities. Connecting Mums with other Mums and Mentors who can guide and support them through the challenges of balancing work and family life. Believe me!!! I know having been a single Mum for the last 15. years, you need help navigating this! And ultimately… More groups like Claire Ferreira's Mums in Marketing educate, drive change, and provide networks outside of their workplace for us Mums to connect. Because you know what… when you do… The evidence shows. You will make MORE MONEY. So what are you waiting for? #marketing #mumsatwork #flexibleworking #worklifebalance #careerprogression
