We welcomed our team members back to our new office today after our summer “work from anywhere” stint. As a hybrid agency, we wanted to create a space that was both inviting and conducive for creativity and productivity while promoting a participatory culture. We will miss our previous place in the Pacific Palisades, but are excited for what downtown Santa Monica has to offer. Wanted to take a minute to thank the amazing team at Ad Age for putting on the spectacular Small Agency Conference last week in Boston. Having worked fully remote for the past 4 years it was nice to finally meet and connect with such an incredible group of Agency professionals all coming together to uplift and celebrate each other. It was my first public event representing The Many in my new role as Marketing & Communications Director and I’m so glad they entrusted me with this opportunity. Looking forward to the next one! As we close out May, we’re over here reflecting on all of the incredible events our people put on in honor of the AAPI community.  Here’s how we celebrated APAHM: - A hotpot lunch, that *everyone* helped prep, cook, eat, and clean up - Mint Li taught a Chinese calligraphy course that left us quite humbled - The AAPI ERG went to the Asians in Advertising Breaking Barriers Summit and then presented the most inspiring takeaways to the agency - A community sourced playlist We’re so excited to launch other programming throughout the year, and grateful for the team that thoughtfully put all of this together.
