Congratulations to Thomas Allen's July Rookie of the Month, Amber Bonsack! Since being hired as Program Manager of our Jefferson Home just 8 months ago, Amber has made a positive impact on our team and the people we serve. Upon hire, Amber faced some significant challenges, including a large basement remodel and supporting the people living at Jefferson through major life changes. She worked closely with the team to create a cozy, beautifully decorated home. In February, Amber spread positivity through Jefferson by placing colorful paper hearts with affirmations on each individual's bedroom door every day.
