On August 22nd, Trex celebrated a major milestone at our new Arkansas manufacturing campus as the last piece of structural steel was hoisted in a topping out ceremony. Trex President and CEO Bryan H. Fairbanks and company leadership was joined by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, our construction partners at Gray Construction and hundreds of workers, local officials, business leaders, customers, and community members to mark the occasion. This new site will increase our ability to serve the market with our industry-leading wood composite decking and railing products as we continue to engineer what’s next in outdoor living. Trex is proud to call the Natural State home and thankful for the local community support which we know will continue as we grow in Little Rock! Welcome to Trex Field! Trex is sponsoring one of the two new full-sized turf soccer fields at Jim Barnett Park in our #hometown of #Winchester, VA. Last evening, local elected officials, parents, and community and business leaders all gathered to officially open the newly renovated Preston Sports Complex. Trex was well represented not only in attendees but also served as the backdrop for the ceremony having sponsored a naming rights deal for one of the two fields "Trex Field." Speakers at the event noted the quality of this complex and the fact that it is the first of its kind within the greater Winchester region. In addition to formally cutting a ribbon, the event was punctuated by a ceremonial penalty kick (which scored) by two local athletes who went on to have successful college and pro careers.    This #sponsorship is yet another example of Trex’s #commitment to and #investment in our hometown.
