Over a 2-week period in late July and early August, 100 members of #TeamTria went head-to-head in a series of virtual challenges and trivia competitions as part of the first Trialympics, our homage to and celebration of the Olympics and Paralympics. 🏅🏅🏅 Organized in collaboration with Tria's Diversity and Inclusivity Task Force, the Trialympics not only energized everyone's competitive spirits, it created opportunities to learn about the cultures and histories of the nations that teams chose to represent, ranging alphabetically from Algeria to Lithuania to Tunisia. 🎉 Congratulations to this year's winners from Team Finland! 🎉 👏🏼 Special kudos to Joseph Hall, who suggested the competition and served as the first "president" of the Trialympics, and Noah Fye, who imbued a fun competition with a sophisticated visual identity that will ABSOLUTELY be making a return for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics. 👏🏼 #PoweringPossible #ParisOlympics #Trialympics #TriaFederal #EmployeeEngagement #TeamBuilding Ruchir "Ricky" Patel Corey Turner Katie Walson Brian Wagner, MBA Tim Borchert John Cho

As summer winds down, we’ve had to say goodbye to our five awesome summer interns, who gained in-depth exposure to government contracting while contributing to real-world technology and consulting projects.   Their research advanced #TeamTria’s work in generative artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, and they worked side-by-side with our staff to contribute to several customer projects. With hobbies that include classical Indian dance, family karaoke nights, and strength training, Shilpa Deshpande puts the "RPA" in "party". 😉 It's a tech joke. Please laugh. Shilpa is a solutions architect who works on -- you guessed it -- robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence, and machine learning for Tria Labs, our new technology innovation group. She is particularly excited to support the independent R&D projects that will come out of Tria Labs in the coming months. "Figuring out new technologies, tools and applications is a good challenge for me," says Shilpa. "Determining ways to reduce errors and boost efficiency in our customers’ processes motivates me. Every proposal I work on is a learning opportunity that exposes me to a world of diverse skills and capabilities." We had a great time hosting a company picnic at Stingers Park last month for our colleagues who support Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division's Command Professional Support Services team. The picnic was hosted by CTO John Cho and Operations VP Jennifer Dugan, in town for the week, and local program leaders Bret Joel and Jenny Aly, MBA.
