The first residents will soon move into our new development for students and young professionals in Paris. Operating under our pan-European student brand Canvas, the community in Puteaux comprises 644 apartments with 21,500 sq ft of amenity space, including a gym, co-working spaces, lounges, a games room and gardens. We have also once again partnered with TULU, to provide our residents with the ease of renting appliances like vacuums, printers, games consoles and more. TULU is now operational at over 40 Greystar residences across the US and Europe.
