Looking for some remote Sales Reps in Texas and California to round out a sales team. You should have at least a year in cold calling experience. This is a cold calling job. you will need to be comfortable on the phone. It is remote 8-5 Monday through Friday. There may be some travel to conventions but it will be rare. You will need to learn the sales method that this company uses and be open to learning their way. This company is 15 years old, has over 50 employees, is privately owned and debt free. You will be selling managed services to corporate entities not Saas. This company thrives in both poor economies and booming and has a steady flow of business. The Director of Sales is encouraging and helpful and works as an IC as well but is great with people and a fantastic mentor. It is 2 interviews and a Predictive Assessment. The start date is sometime early October. We are hiring in Texas and California to round out those teams but it will be remote within that state. Crazy story - I almost went viral yesterday for doing my job but no one recognized me at the airport! The attendant acted like I was nuts for asking for a 1st class upgrade for having a post with 600 likes on linkedin! anyway.. Just wanted to put this out there. We do project based, contract to hire and full time placements. Mostly in tech or sales. I get hit up a LOT by people in other industries and unless my client has something special, I stick to what I don't sound like a total idiot talking about. If you're reaching out to recruiters, check to see their jobs before you send an inmail and make sure they're in your world. I don't mean to miss messages but I do because I have a lot going on. I don't mean offense but understand I'm on the phone and trying to get new clients, recruiting, submitting candidates to open jobs and walking my dogs(they're old and they pee a lot) Now HM's, we have CoMpEtItIvE pricing(like your salary ranges) and we do 6 month contract to hire no conversion fee placements.
