WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a personalized recovery curriculum designed to help you take control of your mental health. By identifying triggers, creating coping strategies, and building a support network, WRAP empowers you to manage challenges and stay on your path to wellness. We recently had the privilege of presenting to Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida's team of Mobile Response Clinicians during a Clinician Appreciation Event. These incredible professionals are out in the community responding to mental health crises and helping with de-escalation and connection to services. Everyone was able to create an aromatherapy bag with different herbs to help them stay grounded and centered while responding to community needs. They are on the frontlines of the mental health crisis, and we are continuously grateful for our partnership with them. #Aromatherapy #ClinicianAppreciation
