As we head into August, we’re taking the time to reflect on the previous month and how we can continue to elevate our clients and ourselves for the remainder of 2024. In July, our team was busy both inside and outside of the office. We supported a client at the Farnborough Airshow in the UK, attended our colleagues' extracurricular activities (thanks for the laughs, Tony!), went to Adobe Create in Houston, collaborated on new content creation with a client in Louisiana, and more! Stay tuned for how we’ll continue to build on these experiences and drive success in the coming months.

One of our favorite traditions comes in a small but sweet package! ⚾ Its history goes back to when our very own Kyle Smith pitched the idea to acknowledge someone’s contribution outside of just saying, “Thank you.” The baseball is now a symbol of our culture of recognition for our fellow colleagues at Unleaded. Every week, someone is nominated by the previous baseball holder for going above and beyond, whether on a project, office tasks, by inspiring others, or anything in between. The recipient signs the baseball and keeps it for a week on their desk as a reminder of our gratitude for their work and talent. #CompanyCulture #EmployeeAppreciation #EmployeeEngagement

Last week we hosted our remote employees in Houston and enjoyed team bonding, meals, happy hours, and working together throughout the week. It was great to have everyone all together in one space!
