Since 2012, URBN employees have been donating Back-to-School supplies for hundreds of West Philadelphia kids through our partnership with ACHIEVEability. This year, the Parents & Caregivers #ERG once again led the charge with donations and volunteering, resulting in 345 fully stocked backpacks! Thank you to all Philly Home Office and NYC Showroom employees who donated!

In celebration of our collaboration with Cotton Incorporated’s Blue Jeans Go Green™ program, we invited Home Office employees to our very own Anthro Denim Fair. Attendees donated their old denim to be transformed into natural cotton fiber insulation and more, as well as enjoy custom embroidery, sips, sweets, and a chance to win a pair of regenerative cotton jeans. Together, we collected nearly 300 denim pieces for recycling. We're inspired by how our internal community has united to make a meaningful impact. In year two of URBN’s partnership with After-School All-Stars, we were a part of the summer camp program at Conwell Middle School in Kensington. Between two school visits and a field trip to our campus, the campers learned about life and careers at the home office, participated in a fun photo shoot at Nuuly and heard from representatives from our URBNBlack and Voces Employee Resource Groups.

Introducing our latest gallery installation at the URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) home office, spotlighting our exclusive adaptive assortment. These pieces came to life after URBN's A.D.A.P.T ERG members pitched a capsule of adaptive-friendly clothing, prompting our design teams and industry experts from the disabled community to reimagine a selection of our bestsellers for universal wear. Content creators and disability advocates Allison Lang, Maya Moore, April Lockhart, and Bri Scalesse starred in the debut of these looks, working with our stylists to style their outfits and offering personal insights into what this collection means for the future of accessible fashion. Earlier this week, our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, PRISM, hosted an epic Pride celebration for our community. Special thanks to Grubaholics, Clean Plate Club Truck, Popalong Philly, and DJ Elohim Smith for bringing their great energy and tasty treats down to our Navy Yard campus. Happy Pride!
