Deputy Under Secretary for Food Safety Sandra Eskin spoke at the Partnership for Food Safety Education Conference last week, encouraging members to continue their efforts to reduce foodborne illnesses in the U.S.

Last week in Indiana, Under Secretary Dr. Emilio Esteban gave remarks at the Meat Institute Meat Industry Food Safety Conference. Dr. Esteban spoke about FSIS regulatory updates, including information about animal-raising and environment-related labeling claims. FSIS’ current food safety and labeling initiatives support the vision of food safety for everyone.
