Last week, ViaPlus held a successful blood drive at our offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore 🏥 We are always eager to contribute to the communities in which we operate, as part of VINCI Highways. Our blood drive supports the work of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) - Telangana, who helps to ensure a stable supply of blood units across the country. In India, blood transfusions are needed every two seconds - equating to 14,6 million blood units each year - yet there remains a constant annual shortfall of one million units. We thank the Red Cross and our teams for organizing this event, and for everyone's contributions in making a positive local impact. #ViaPlus #VINCIHighways #BloodDrive

Have a closer look at the new "My Gefyra" app that ViaPlus developed for the Rio-Antirrio Bridge in Greece 📱 The app's UX-optimized design and functionality make it easy for drivers to see bridge notifications, trip history, and check and pay account balances directly from their smartphones. ViaPlus worked closely with Gefyra, Rio-Antirrio Bridge and our shared parent company VINCI Highways to ensure that bridge customers will have a seamless and simple way to use the bridge and manage their accounts. It is our mutual ambition to optimize travel across our infrastructure and mobility programs. ViaPlus visited the Northwest Parkway LLC in Denver last week, the 14 km (8.7 mile) tolled section of the city's ring road acquired by our shared parent company VINCI Highways in February 2024. The visit was an opportunity to discuss the Parkway's existing #AET programs and future ambitions, and to explore operational synergies with ViaPlus. As full subsidiaries of VINCI Highways, our goal is always to make travel smooth, safe, and reliable by enhancing services and bringing technical innovations. Along with the Parkway's steady annual traffic growth - and strategic location in one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the USA - this presents a strong opportunity to optimize the driver experience and create #PositiveMobility in this part of North America. The ViaPlus team was in New Delhi for the International Workshop on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) based Electronic Toll Collection in India, hosted in part by the National Highways Authority of India. It was a great opportunity to discuss the future GNSS/ETC system's requirements, and a chance to connect with local representatives in this industry! ViaPlus has served the #ETC market in India since 2013 by providing its Alpha™ back-office system to the country's banks, allowing them to issue #FASTag transponders and process toll transactions for drivers with Alpha's™ issuing and acquiring features.
