𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • 📐 Creating mechanical systems drawings based on Architect’s & Engineer’s (AE) dimension drawings. • 🛠️ Identifying coordination issues and prefabrication opportunities. • 📝 Documenting and advising all parties of any discrepancies. • 🗣️ Collaborating with field superintendents during coordination meetings. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: • 🎓 5+ years creating and coordinating 3D mechanical trade drawings • 🖥️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. • 💡 Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical piping. • 🤝 Excellent communication skills.
