Our Atlanta team is providing architectural design services for a new industrial park covering nearly 1 million SF in Locust Grove, GA. Stonemont Park 75 South recently broke ground and will encompass more than 900,000 SF across three Class-A buildings. The site's proximity to Interstate-75 and the Interstate-675 interchange will provide convenient access to the Atlanta metro area, the Port of Savannah and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Our Oak Brook team is excited to share that construction is underway for our latest Chicagoland cold storage facility. The project, located at 3815 S. Ashland Ave in Chicago is expected to open in 2025 and will include nearly 100,000 SF for Karis Cold. “Karis Cold’s new facility that sits near Chicago’s Back of the Yards and McKinley Park neighborhoods will replace the long-empty and vandalized Continental Can Co. building. Our Phoenix team provided architectural design and civil engineering services for a cylinder battery manufacturing factory to produce electric vehicle batteries for LG Electronics. This facility spans 108 acres with 12 support buildings totaling approximately 2.1M SF. Among this space is a two story 950,000 SF clean room and high hazard spaces supporting formation, assembly and electrode manufacturing.
