Our next free 7-week session starts on Tuesday, September 17 to Tuesday, October 29 at WCHC Yonkers 30 South Broadway Yonkers, NY from 2 pm to 3 pm. At the sessions, you will learn about medications to help you quit, lifestyle changes you can make, ways to avoid gaining weight, and how to stay smoke-free for good.
