South Florida State Hospital hosted a leadership development course facilitated by Dr. Roland Peltier, Assistant Hospital Administrator. The Leadership Seminar is an eight-week course that identifies, discusses, and contrasts the characteristics of traditional leadership roles with contemporary complex leadership and how quantum thinking has influenced the transformation of healthcare in the age of technology. The group assess a leader’s impact and how they must role model new skills and insights as they lead others in meeting new demands. It is an exciting journey of inspiration, discovery, and advancement. Great job, team!

The WxSW Colorado Corrections Crew representing Magnum PI Day! Adams County, Douglas County, and Arapahoe County all duked it out in a competition between the sites to see how creative they could get! Adams County took the win by a narrow margin! There was food, fun, and lots of laughs across Denver! Congratulations to all the sites for making it such a fun day!
