For Shannon Draayer, WesleyLife's executive director of community nutrition, it was a week of connection, learning and inspiration at the Meals on Wheels America annual conference in Baltimore. Shannon, shown at left, presented alongside Feed More's David Waidelich about the importance of food-system partnerships and innovative approaches to food insecurity, such as our Prairie Meadows Hydroponic Farm. Shannon says: "It was a great week connecting with programs across the country and celebrating 50 years of Meals on Wheels. The impact of our work is felt in our community every day and all across the country!"
