This past weekend, we gathered in beautiful San Luis Obispo for an unforgettable summer retreat! The exciting progress at the 148-unit Residency at Burbank project is truly remarkable! As the stair towers are near the completion of framing, the installation of windows is underway to enhance the exterior with weather-resistant barrier wrap. The MEP rough-in work is progressing smoothly, paving the way for the next phase of drywall production. Meanwhile, the street work excavation is ongoing, and the site is getting ready for further development. The project is advancing swiftly and soon this modern residential development will stand tall as a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
