To celebrate National Tattoo Day on July 17th, our team got creative with temporary tattoos and shared stories about their own tattoos. 💪 Today, our July Associate Pep Rally was a hit as we brought Hotel Olympics to life with four exciting events. Today I am celebrating 10 years at White Lodging, and I thought I would share my thoughts of 10 reasons I am thankful for the past 10 years. 1. White Lodging accepts me for me & allow me to be my authentic self. 2. I am seen for who I am & what I bring; they recognize my value & my worth. 3. I am surrounded by amazing people that help me to be the best version of me every day. They push me & challenge me in a way that is wonderful! 4. Gallup calls it a Q10, a best friend work. I have Q10’s in every market. When I think of them, I smile. White Lodging brought us together! 5. They invested in my development, in ME. More than anyone has ever done. 6. I have the most incredible team I work with. People I not only enjoy working with & respect, but I genuinely like & care for & in turn they care for me. 7. Did you know I sought out WL? I did. I was hoping they would swipe right too, & they did. Because of their involvement in the community & the good they did I WANTED to be a part of that. I had to. 8. I am inspired to do good be good & pay it forward every single day. 9. Culture - how do you define the culture of a company? It is not easy, is it? I can tell you this…I am home. WL is my home away from home. 10. The people, hands down. Every interaction I have, every leadership class I lead, I am in awe. I am inspired, they amaze me. They make me want to be better; & not for me. For them. Every person I have had the privilege of crossing paths with is an absolute gift. I thought today was a great day to share this. Do what you love and love what you do. I get to do that. Every day. Today was the perfect day to pause, reflect & share that. I wish this for all of you, as well!
