Another successful offsite in the books! 📚 As a fully remote team, we cherish the moments when we can come together in person. Our recent company offsite in Chicago was nothing short of incredible! 🎉 🌆 From the iconic skyline and deep-dish pizza, we soaked up all that makes Chicago such a fun, special place! 🤝 We dove into discussions about our H2 goals and the exciting road ahead. We held brainstorming sessions and breakout groups, uncovering ways we can be even more efficient and offer more to our broker partners. 📈 We’re laser-focused on our mission, and this offsite helped us align our compass and commit to one team, one dream. 👥 From seeing an award-winning magician perform to beautiful rooftop dinners, we laughed, learned, and forged deeper connections with our remote teammates.
