We held our first Sales Summit last week and what a success it was! A big shout out to all the organizers and speakers for an inspiring event 🌟
The Zephyr team had an amazing time this week honing our leadership and sales skills at The Thayer Hotel located at the United States Military Academy at West Point! Holding our 2024 Sales Summit at West Point was a great opportunity for our leaders and sales teams from across the country to come together and learn in one of the most beautiful and inspirational environments. One of the biggest highlights was having Coach Jeff Monken of Army football give a keynote speech on leadership, teambuilding, and culture. Coach's core values of trust, commitment, and love are truly applicable across every business and personal endeavor. A special thanks to Thayer Leadership for helping bring it all together - we look forward to working with the team more in the future!

Team Zephyr Rocked Out at ServiceTitan’s Pantheon 2023 Conference On the heels of Zephyr’s public launch, we were pleased to have several team members attend ServiceTitan’s annual Pantheon conference. This was a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the business benefits and new features of this valued Zephyr partner and connect with others in the home services business. Props to the ServiceTitan team - they put on a great conference – full of robust content that was solutions-focused with clear line-of-sight to the business impact that ServiceTitan’s tools can yield. The conference inspired our team to fully leverage ServiceTitan offerings across our local companies and make Zephyr a “best-in-class” manifestation of how to make the most of the platform. As a few bonus highlights - it was a pleasure meeting ServiceTitan co-founder and CEO Ara Mahdessian, and the evening entertainment was top-notch, culminating in a performance by OneRepublic. Great experience for the Zephyr team all-around!
