How can executives maintain a healthy lifestyle?
You live by your schedule! So looking ahead at your schedule and planning workout times is essential to your success. But the most important habit is MOVING the workout on your calendar instead of deleting it when meetings come up or run long. Many executives just skip over but the most successful clients i've had adopted the habit of moving the workout appointment to a new slot instead of just deleting or ignoring it.

How can executives maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Planning ahead is a key executive skill that you are already using day to day. Transferring this skill to your health/fitness routine will allow you to seamlessly integrate healthier habits into your lifestyle. Look at your schedule ahead of time and gauge when meals need to occur, how much time you'll have in addition to reviewing menus ahead of time when having lunch/dinner meetings. Lastly keep healthy snacks nearby in your office or backpack. It will help when your schedule gets off track but you still need to get a bite to eat!

How can you empower your clients?
Using powerful questions that require a deeper consideration will elicit more change talk. Using how, what, tell me more; type of questions will enable a client to travel to their destination with less resistance. Your goal as a coach is to help the client solve their challenges with their own insights. The questions and reflections can be the difference between success and failure in any behavior change effort.
