“Alex is a creative and dynamic Sales leader. He built a culture of high performance and innovation. He ran a tight ship but he also challenged himself to keep things fun and interesting. He was a true ambassador for the hotel, the company, and the city. He has amazing relationships (he knows EVERYONE) which created a larger community of people who were vested in and supportive of our business. He always knew just when to pull in reinforcements to get our collective goals accomplished. During our time together we presided over a period of great financial success, amazing high profile events, national PR, and we shot a hilarious video to get a booking over the line that became a shining example for the entire company of creatively setting the hotel apart from the competition. Alex has hospitality and Sales in his blood. If I ever move back to Miami he’ll literally be the first person I call. ”
