What's more, Andre brought energy and ideas. He operated outside his immediate remit and demonstrated an innate desire to drive performance and value across the team's objectives. Finally, Andre was incredibly collaborative. He quickly built strong relationships with his colleagues, agency partners and other stakeholders. This is critical in change management situations, and Andre's performance was a case study. Andre is a true business leader. I hope to have the chance to work with him again down the road.”
