How can you ensure your data presentations are accessible to people with color blindness?
Great question! As a previous special educator, I've got a few ideas! 👀 My favorite to use on graphs especially bar graphs or pie charts is different patterns rather than colors. You can make each different bar or pie section a different pattern. It could be polka dots, stripes, zip zags, etc. The options are endless! It makes it easier for someone that is color blind to easily distinguish differing information or data. You can go a step further and still incorporate contrasting colors as well, especially if you are like me and enjoy making eye-catching, pretty dashboards and reports. Just my two cents!

How can you balance constructive feedback and conflict management?
In any position in leadership, I think it is important to remember that your team or organization are people first. They all have families and priorities more important to them than the company goals. Yet, they chose YOUR organization to be a part of. So when a team member is struggling to perform at the desired level, it is not usually out of choice. Rather than come forward with unkind negative feedback, instead try to identify the cause of that team member's struggles. Do they not understand a certain process? Are they overworked? Are lines of communication broken? Leaders remove roadblocks. They remember that their team members are more than just another name or face. Remain positive. Be empathetic when possible. See the human.

"You're not meeting your deadlines... What the heck is going on?" If you were to receive this as feedback, you're automatic response is going to be to get defensive. At least that would be mine. Who wouldn't? Instead of this, leaders should do their best to give feedback that is clear, based on facts, and clear of negative emotions. Make sure that feedback is clear. Do not beat around the bush. This can leave the team member feeling confused. Base feedback on facts. It's hard to refute when presented with solid data, and opinions create bias and get in the way. Make sure to present feedback without negative emotions. A team will feed off a leader's energy. Anger doesn't solve problems. It creates more. Your teams are people first.
