Your pitch meeting is derailed by technical glitches. How can you still leave a lasting impression?
Try to treat each meeting and demonstration as a learning experience. You are constantly learning as you progress on your entrepreneurship journey. How can you demonstrate that you are attuned to the customer and you are open to explore the root causes of “the glitch” in order to continue to improve your product and satisfy their needs? What are the circumstances that caused the glitch? What can you do to reduce risks and improve reliability moving forward? Can you enlist your customer to help? Demonstrate confidence and humility to endear you to people who are more interested in how you handle adversity and how resilient you are. Your character and trustworthiness are most important.
